Shipping Information

Delivery Times & Costs

Please note:

Dylan Kain offers $10 flat rate shipping Australia wide and an International rate of $20 aud.

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. All deliveries must be signed for, so please make sure you provide an appropriate address.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please be aware that this can take longer during sale periods or holiday periods when it may take up to 72 hours for shipments to be processed and dispatched.

We aim to deliver in the fastest, most appropriate method for the delivery address provided. Local deliveries will be made by courier or registered Australian Post, depending on the item.

International deliveries will be sent using a courier service or Australian Post International. Transit time is between 3-15 working days from time of dispatch. This may vary depending on the shipping destination. Please email us for an estimated time of arrival to a specific address.

Taxes & Duties

All international deliveries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.

Important Information

Before we can proceed with processing your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. This is an added security measure for your protection.

Insurance

Each purchase is insured by Dylan Kain for the time it is in transit until it has been delivered to the designated address. Proof of delivery via tracking number and/or signature is provided for deliveries within Australia.

A signature is required for all international goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your the items passes to the receiver. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (i.e as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Dylan Kain and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
